The Chemical and Metallurgical Laboratory performs non-destructive testing, radiographic testing, sample preparation, cross-sectioning, microscopic inspection, visual measurement, and metallography & chemical decapsulation. The laboratory has sample preparation tools, optical microscopes, and gold sputter coater. We open a new range of failure analysis capabilities through our 3D Computed Tomography (CT) X-Ray and Handheld X-ray Fluorescent (XRF) analyzer.
