Cash or Direct Payment
- After your test requirement discussion with our Technical staff, kindly fill-up the Test Service Request (TSR) Form.
- Submit accomplished TSR form and payment to Window 2, Cashier Section, 2nd Floor Metrology Building
- Make sure to secure Official Receipt that will be issued upon payment.
Bank Deposit , Check, or Validated LDDAP-ADA
- Kindly email finance@admatel.com to provide you with the ITDI account details
- After sending the payment, send the proof of payment/deposit slip to finance@admatel.com
- Note: Disbursement Voucher process might take 1-2 weeks to process
Special Rates / Discounts
Students (high school and undergraduate), senior citizens and PWD’s may avail any of the analytical tests offered at 20% discount.
Customer must present proper supporting documents and test requested must be for personal use only.
For students:
a. Copy of I.D. (1 photocopy)
b. Proof of enrollment (1 photocopy)
For Senior Citizen or PWD, ID if applicable (1 photocopy)
Note: ADMATEL is a project of the Industrial Technology Development Institute (ITDI). All purchase orders, receipts, and sales invoice should be named under Industrial Technology Development Institute or ITDI.
Face to Face Transactions
Walk in customers will be entertained and will be required to comply with our safety house rules. Accommodating technical service requests will be on a per schedule basis.
Express Delivery or Courier
To reduce face-to-face transaction time with us, you may now send your samples via express delivery or courier (Grab, Lalamove, Angkas, LBC, DHL, etc.)
Customer Satisfaction
Customers will be requested to answer a Customer Satisfaction Survey upon receipt of the test results.
